Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of FastQuotes (fastquotes.io), Axle, and the Axle connector for AI assistants, provided by Truckit USA Freight Co LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, connecting an AI assistant, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

  • Freight quotes for full, partial, and specialized loads, including routine oversize loads.
  • Market context, transit estimates, and the terms each quote depends on.
  • Quote history and optional AI assistance (Axle) for freight questions.
  • A connector that lets supported AI assistants request quotes and booking requests on your behalf.

2. Quotes Are Not Bookings

Quotes are estimates based on the details submitted and current market conditions. A rate is not guaranteed until it is confirmed at booking. Each quote lists the terms it depends on, and those terms apply to that quote. Nothing is booked, tendered, or committed until a member of our team confirms the shipment with you.

3. AI Assistant Connector

  • Access. Free connector access is issued to the email you provide and includes a daily quote limit (currently 10 quotes per day), which we may adjust. You can ask us to raise your limit at john@fastquotes.io.
  • Your credentials. Keep your access private. You are responsible for requests made with your access. We may revoke or reissue access at any time.
  • Your assistant. Your AI assistant is provided by a third party under its own terms. It may summarize or present our responses; the quote, its terms, and any confirmation from our team control.
  • Booking requests. A booking request sent through your assistant or a quote page is a request only. Our team will contact you to confirm before anything is booked.

4. Free Usage

Prospect accounts on the FastQuotes website include a limited number of free quotes each month. Connector access has its own daily limit. Customers moving freight with us may receive expanded access. We may adjust limits or features and will communicate material changes.

5. No Obligation to Book

Using FastQuotes does not require you to book freight with us or enter into any contract or long-term agreement.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate shipment details.
  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Not scrape, resell, republish, or systematically collect our rates or quotes, or use them to build a competing product or dataset.
  • Not attempt to bypass usage limits, share access to evade limits, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

FastQuotes, Axle, their systems, pricing methods, branding, text, and interfaces are proprietary to Truckit USA Freight Co LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without written permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • You are responsible for how you use quotes in your decisions.
  • Our total liability for the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for it, if any.

Shipments that are booked and moved are governed by the shipment's confirmed terms, not by these Terms.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service or ask us to delete your account or connector access at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms and will post changes on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
